CANADA - RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS — CANADA

CHUCKLE BUNNY APPAREL™

Effective Date: October 28, 2026

1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Chuckle Bunny Apparel™ is a registered fictitious business name of Be The Palm LLC, a United States business.

Our T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and other apparel are produced on demand after orders are placed.

We accept orders from Canadian provinces and territories enabled in our Shopify checkout.

Canadian customers retain the consumer protection rights provided under applicable federal, provincial, and territorial legislation.

2. NO VOLUNTARY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND PURCHASES, EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE.

We do not voluntarily accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Ordering an incorrect size.

  • Changing your mind after purchasing.

  • Selecting an unwanted color or style.

  • Personal preferences or buyer's remorse.

  • No longer needing the merchandise.

  • Normal product variations consistent with the advertised description.

We do not offer complimentary size exchanges or discretionary exchanges for different products.

This rule does not apply where Canadian consumer protection laws require a return, refund, replacement, cancellation, or another remedy.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE — FREE REPLACEMENT

If your merchandise arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, Chuckle Bunny Apparel™ will provide a replacement at no additional charge after verifying the issue.

Photographic evidence

Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise are required for our standard replacement verification process.

Please provide:

  1. Your order number and the name associated with the order.

  2. A brief description of the problem.

  3. Clear photographs showing the damage, printing defect, or incorrect merchandise.

  4. For an incorrect product or size sent by us, a photograph of the item's size or identification label, where available.

Submit the information through our public REQUEST A RETURN OR WITHDRAWAL form or email BETHEPALM@OUTLOOK.COM.

If you are unable to provide photographs, contact us so that we can consider an alternative reasonable way to verify the claim.

Photographic evidence requirements do not eliminate rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws or legal warranties.

Replacement at no additional charge

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange production and delivery of replacement merchandise at no additional charge.

Customers will not pay additional product, production, or standard shipping charges for verified damage, manufacturing defects, or an incorrect item sent because of our error.

A replacement will ordinarily match the original product, size, and color ordered. If the original item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding an appropriate alternative or refund.

We generally do not require the original merchandise to be returned. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and cover the return costs where required by applicable law.

Our preferred resolution is replacement. However, Canadian provincial and territorial consumer protection laws may entitle customers to a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or another remedy. Those rights will be honored.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS — ONE-HOUR WINDOW

Customers may request voluntary cancellation within one hour after placing an order.

Requests may be submitted using our public REQUEST A RETURN OR WITHDRAWAL form or by emailing BETHEPALM@OUTLOOK.COM.

Include your order number and state that you wish to cancel.

Because merchandise is manufactured on demand, we cannot guarantee cancellation after production or fulfillment has started. We will review timely requests and confirm the outcome.

Where a voluntary cancellation is accepted, we will refund the applicable amounts for canceled merchandise and related charges.

This one-hour window does not restrict statutory cancellation rights under Canadian provincial or territorial consumer protection laws.

5. MANDATORY CANADIAN CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Provincial and territorial consumer protection laws may allow customers to cancel qualifying online purchases in circumstances that include:

  • Required information not being disclosed before purchase.

  • A required contract copy not being provided.

  • Certain late or missing deliveries.

  • Materially incorrect or misleading information.

  • Other grounds established by applicable consumer protection legislation.

A statutory cancellation may be available after the voluntary one-hour period has expired.

Customers may send us a written cancellation notice identifying their purchase and the legal or factual basis for the request. Where a statute does not require a particular form or explanation, we will not impose one.

We will honor applicable statutory notice, cancellation, return, reimbursement, and refund requirements.

6. ADDITIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS FOR QUÉBEC

Customers purchasing from Québec receive the protections provided by Québec's Consumer Protection Act and other applicable Québec legislation.

Mandatory online purchase information

For covered distance contracts, required information generally includes the merchant's identity and contact details, a description of the merchandise, the total price, applicable fees, delivery information, payment terms, and cancellation or return conditions.

Customers must also receive the opportunities to review, correct, accept, or decline their purchase as required by law.

A copy of the contract that can be retained and printed must generally be supplied within 15 days after the purchase.

Cancellation for disclosure or contract deficiencies

Québec law provides specific cancellation rights if a merchant fails to disclose required information or comply with applicable online-contract requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may have seven days after receiving a contract to cancel, or another statutory period where a required copy was not delivered or mandatory information was missing.

Cancellation for late delivery

Where the statutory conditions are met, a Québec customer may cancel before delivery if merchandise has not arrived within 30 days after the agreed written delivery date, or within 30 days after purchase if no delivery date was agreed upon in writing.

Refunds following statutory cancellation

Where Québec law provides a valid cancellation right, we will comply with applicable reimbursement and return obligations.

For qualifying Québec distance-contract cancellations, reimbursement is generally required within 15 days after the cancellation notice is delivered, and applicable reasonable return expenses must be borne by the merchant as required by law.

These rights apply independently of our voluntary one-hour cancellation window.

7. FRENCH-LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS IN QUÉBEC

Where Québec law requires French-language commercial information, consumer contracts, policies, or other communications, those requirements will be respected.

A customer's statutory rights are not reduced because an automatically translated page contains an error or an omission.

The legally required language and disclosure rules prevail over conflicting website wording.

8. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges are calculated according to the available shipping methods and merchandise in the customer's order.

Canadian shipments may be subject to applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or carrier brokerage fees depending on shipment origin, classification, value, and the delivery arrangement.

Any customer responsibility for additional charges will be disclosed as required by applicable law and must be consistent with our actual checkout and fulfillment arrangements.

We will not use a customs or shipping disclaimer to remove mandatory cancellation, disclosure, or refund rights.

Customers should review the shipping information provided during checkout.

9. HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT, RETURN, OR CANCELLATION

Use our public REQUEST A RETURN OR WITHDRAWAL form or email BETHEPALM@OUTLOOK.COM.

Include your name, order number if available, delivery province or territory, and a description of the request.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, provide photographs as explained in Section 3 whenever possible.

A customer exercising a legal cancellation right is not required to obtain discretionary approval before sending a valid statutory cancellation notice.

Our public form does not require a Shopify customer-account login.

Please contact us for appropriate return instructions before mailing merchandise, without delaying compliance with any applicable statutory return deadline.

10. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming merchandise, we will provide or reimburse return shipping where required under the law applicable to the claim.

We generally resolve verified manufacturing defects, damage, and incorrect-item claims by providing a free replacement without requiring the original merchandise to be returned.

For qualifying statutory cancellations, including applicable Québec distance-contract cancellations, we will cover return expenses where the law requires us to do so.

We do not impose restocking fees that conflict with mandatory consumer rights.

11. REFUNDS

Although our preferred resolution for verified damage, defects, and incorrect merchandise is a free replacement, refunds will be provided when required by applicable law or otherwise approved by us.

Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed and permitted by law.

Refund timing will comply with the applicable federal, provincial, or territorial legal requirements.

Where legally required, a refund will include original shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable amounts.

Our supplier's internal return or reporting deadlines do not override Canadian consumer protection laws.

12. PROVINCIAL AND TERRITORIAL CONSUMER PROTECTION

Canada does not have one uniform change-of-mind return or online-order cancellation framework for every province and territory.

Applicable provincial and territorial legislation may establish additional rights concerning warranties, acceptable product quality, delivery, cancellation, contract disclosures, refunds, and unfair practices.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where mandatory law conflicts with this policy, mandatory law controls.
